SecureCRT was initially known as CRT as a GUI-based Telnet client and terminal emulator. The CRT was first developed as a premium version of CRT with SSH encoding support and was later entirely absorbed by the SecureCRT product, which was launched in autumn 1995. The package contains the SecureFX, an SSL-capable file transfer client and the VShell SSH server line of networking applications. Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 are all running SecureCRT. It also operates for the Windows Server series. A 64-bit version can be downloaded from Windows Vista and later.

FULL NAME:SecureCRT Portable

The organization offers a separately-sold bundle of command-line utilities for use with VShell (e.g. SCP, which depends on the Unix command of the same name). Both deals are consumer items. SecureCRT helps you to pick and edit more than one session at a time and thereby minimize your activities and save valuable time. This method often recalls and connects previously opened sessions. At midnight, SecureCRT will generate new log files regularly. You may also define different log files through the command line for the same session. If the log paths do not already exist, they will be generated automatically.

SecureCRT helps you to expand the buffer memory of your scrollback without using more power. PKCS #11 is sponsored to ease authentication for smart cards. This app offers an activator that helps you to add or uninstall keys directly. Safe CRT is also a dynamic programme, allowing the customization of its display by the individualization of different data (left margin pane, chat background, status bar, colour patterns etc.).

SecureCRT is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Windows7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
