In this post, I will be covering a few features of CORSAIR iCUE that can help you control your gaming devices along with a detailed process on how you can download and install iCUE on your PC.

Features of CORSAIR iCUE

Easy to Monitor Statistics

One of the best features of CORSAIR iCUE is that it allows you to monitor the power usage, temperature, and other statistics along with lighting control. Since this software is a combination of CORSAIR LINK and CORSAIR CUE software, it allows you to monitor the temperature of different components like CORSAIR AIO liquid temperature, CPU, PSU, and so on.

Customize the Fans and Pumps

Also, iCUE software allows you to control the speed of your device fans and the CORSAIR AIO water pump. There are a few preset fans and pump profiles including ‘Quiet’, ‘Extreme’, and so on. With the ‘Zero RPM’ mode, you can stop the spinning of the fan attached to the radiator to further lower the noise level.

And you can also create custom fan curves to have total control over the fan speeds.

Customize RGB LED Lighting

One of the main features of CORSAIR iCUE is that it allows you to customize the RGB LED lighting color for the gaming peripherals, accessories, and compatible PC components. If you are new to CORSAIR iCUE software, then don’t worry, they also have an option of pre-configured RGB LED lighting profiles like ‘Colour Shift’, ‘Rain’, ‘Visor Random Colours’, and so on. And you also have the option to further customize the layers in RGB to create complex lighting for the better gaming experience.

Customize your Products

Another great feature of iCUE is that apart from offering control over RGB LED lighting, fan speeds, etc., this software also allows you to customize device-specific options as well. As a result, you can even fine-tune the DPI of your gaming mouse.

You can also assign macros and adjust EQ settings of your gaming headset, allot macros to your gaming keyboards, and so on.

In-Game Lighting Integration

Finally, since CORSAIR has partnered with Ubisoft, it has been able to improve the PC gaming experience of the Far Cry 5 game by offering the feature of in-game reactive lighting. What this means is that CORSAIR iCUE doesn’t just allow you to change the RGB LED color for your gaming peripherals but also gives you the option to modify the lighting for compatible PC components.
